Both attackers put their names to two-year extensions through the 2024 season, with a club option to extend those contracts through 2025. Bevan also had a highlight-reel goal against his former club, the Whitecaps, in the Canadian Championship on May 22 that stands as one of his most memorable to date.
“During the 2022 season, both players had remarkable moments that the club and supporters look forward to seeing more of this season,” Wheeldon said. “Ali is a terrific dribbler with the ability to produce something spectacular, whilst also willing to initiate our high press and get us on the front foot.
