SYDNEY, N.S. – Cape Breton Regional Police responded to a motor vehicle-pedestrian accident in the area on Terry Way and Churchill Drive in Membertou on Tuesday. The accident is believed to have happened sometime between 2-3:15 p.m. At the time, roads were snow covered. The cause of the accident was not available at publication time and injuries are unknown at this time.

Delays were expected for motorists in the area as officers were directing traffic.
