He was charged in connection with a theft at a sports cards store in Gardiner Mines on Feb. 21, 2021.Sentencing date assignedScott Cheyenne Hein, 45, is now to be sentenced May 24 in provincial court on a single count of making indecent phone calls.Hein had been facing sex offences but those charges were later dismissed.Hein continues his release on conditions.SYDNEY — A bail hearing has been scheduled for a North Sydney man facing multiple offences.
