Cape Breton Capers Alliyah Rowe. - Jeremy FraserSYDNEY, N.S. - The Atlantic University Sport athletes of the week were swept by a pair of Cape Breton Capers soccer players this week.
Alliyah Rowe was named the female athlete of the week for the period ending Nov. 6. She was a key part of the Capers' success at the AUS championship in Wolfville last weekend and was named the tournament's most valuable player. Rowe had the lone goal in the game for the Capers in their semifinal win over St. Francis Xavier and recorded five shots on goal in the overall tournament.
