Gone are the days when we could hope to play China and Russia against each other in the battle for dominance in the Asia-Pacific, writes Dr. Alexey Muraviev.

"I wonder what the inhabitants of will say when they see the latest samples of Russian weapons from their closest neighbours - our partners from the DPRK?" he said.
