Canada’s PM Justin Trudeau and wife Sophie have made a big decision on their marriage after “meaningful and difficult conversations”.
The couple first met each other as children, however they began to date in 2003 after co-hosting a charity ball.

"They have worked to ensure that all legal and ethical steps with regards to their decision to separate have been taken, and will continue to do so moving forward," Trudeau's office said.
