Phan, who assumed his post on May 25, 2022, said serving as Cambodia’s envoy to the Philippines had been a “great honor and privilege.” President Marcos lauded the meeting as “very successful and productive,” highlighting key discussions on agriculture, education, trade, and investments. “During the ASEAN, APEC meetings, Prime Minister Hun Manet and I have always been somehow discussing many, many things about both our countries and the similarities,” Mr. Marcos said.
