ComfortDelGro cabby Sin York Tan has been commended for an act of kindness again.
The taxi driver recently drove from Pasir Ris to Changi Airport to return a bag that a passenger had left in his cab.
He told Stomp that the woman had booked a ride from Fairmont hotel to Terminal 2 on May 10, at around 6.35am. She had a Singapore Airlines flight to catch.recounted:"Upon realising that she had left her in my taxi, I immediately called Fairmont's hotel reception to inform them so that they could reach the passenger.The passenger gave Stomper Sin $20 for his efforts.
The Stomper also shared the note of gratitude that the passenger's parent sent to ComfortDelGro, which said:"My daughter left her bag in his taxi and he came back and dropped it off for us. "She was very upset when she realised she'd left the bag but was so happy that it was returned by Mr Sin York Tan.This is not the first time Stomper Sin has gone the extra mile for his passengers.
