Approval of the Freedom of Information bill, in particular, is 'very important for governance,' Batungbacal said.Still, he said, 'We like the way there's continuity from the previous SONA, and the President is also candid about what's not working well.'The PCCI's Guerrero, meanwhile, urged for a more comprehensive approach with regard to issues such as wage hikes and agricultural sustainability.
