KUALA LUMPUR: A positive performance on Wall Street overnight helped lift Bursa Malaysia in opening trades this morning.
“However, confidence remains fragile in view of the recent US banking crisis and amid concerns about Deutsche Bank emerging,” he said. Among Bursa Malaysia heavyweights, the banks are gaining traction with Public Bank and CIMB rising 3 sen to RM3.92 and RM5.19, respectively.
