While real estate prices continue to drop, Burnaby's rental market remains one of the most expensive in all of Canada.
B.C. is the most expensive province to rent from with a total average of $2,471 with Ontario close behind at $2,341. Last month's numbers also reflected a 21.1 per cent decline from the 1,295 homes sold in December 2022.
