Sentences for offences committed in Smithers, Houston, Burns Lake, Vanderhoof, Fort St. James and areas
- Glen Cameron Muir was prohibited from driving for two years, sentenced to one year probation and fined $2,000 plus a $300 victim surcharge for driving without due care and attention under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Smithers.
- Dale Cameron Christie was sentenced to six months probation for breaching a release order, committed in Vanderhoof. Christie was in custody for six days prior to sentencing. - Charles Thomas Joseph was sentenced to one day in jail for theft $5,000 or under and to one year probation for mischief and breaching a release order, all committed in Fort St. James. Joseph was in custody for seven days prior to sentencing.
- Sheldon Dwayne Godard was prohibited from driving for one year for driving without reasonable consideration under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Houston.
