Welcome to news.com.au’s live coverage of the heavyweight clash between WBC king Tyson Fury and UFC great Francis Ngannou.

Fury has long been the heavyweight king in boxing, but without being that active, with the fight coming almost a year since he fought Derek Chisora.

The main card starts at 4am . Fury and Ngannou should enter the ring sometime between 8am and 9am , depending on how long the undercard goes for. Fury is the odds on favourite to make short work of the UFC champ, but it’ll be Ngannou who’s laughing all the way to the bank. It’s nothing compared to the $A50m Fury is believed to be making but a lot more than he got in the UFC.
