A Brisbane mother who caught her husband with another woman, and ran them down with her luxury SUV, has avoided jail over the incident.

Prosecutors were pushing for a two-year jail term however Christie Lee Kennedy, 38, walked free from Brisbane’s District Court on Monday, ending a lengthy criminal prosecution.

Using an app on her phone to track him, Kennedy realised Larkin was at an address he’d been to before. It was just after 4pm, well past the pick-up time, her barrister said. When asked about injuries, White said Larkin had a “dislocated little finger and a bump to the head”, but her client had apologised to him.
