The jury was shown iPhone footage of Bardak on top of Buci with his hands around her throat as multiple people tried to separate them. She said she now suffered PTSD, nightmares, trust issues with the opposite sex and had to abandon the legal profession. IT worker David Keith Sturgess – who was struck in the hand by the hatchet – punched Bardak in the head and kidneys in an unsuccessful attempt to stop the attack, the court heard
