If one is to disagree with youth running for DUN seats due to a perceived lack of experience, perhaps that sentiment should be channelled towards demanding that the federal government allow local elections, which have been discontinued since 1965.Imagine the same scenario in a different context, for example, entrepreneurship. We celebrate youth entrepreneurs or startup founders, even asking the government to build a friendly ecosystem for them to thrive.
