"This would be a large event that would bring thousands of visitors and millions of dollars of economic activity to Prince Edward Island,'' the premier said.Since 2009, the NHL Awards have been held in casinos and hotels in Las Vegas. The 2022 show was hosted by Armature Works in Tampa, Fla., which features several event spaces.“I do think there’s some recent examples of Maritime hospitality be great for the game," MacLean said in an email.
“It doesn’t make a difference , it’s going to be tremendous for the residents of the Island," Abbott said. “It would certainly be a feather in the Island’s cap.
