His proven track record of driving growth and innovation and frequent speaking engagements on market conditions and housing advocacy have earned him recognition as a respected expert and thought leader in the industry, a release states. In his new role, Bray will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and financial performance at CCM and his initial priorities will include leveraging his expertise in cost consulting to assist with pre-construction projects and enhancing client engagement while nurturing key long-term relationships with business partners.
