Bolsonaro ordered to face questioning over Brazil riots

A SUPREME Court judge ordered Brazil’s ex-president Jair Bolsonaro yesterday to face questioning by police over his supporters’ invasion of the presidential palace, Congress and High Court on January 8. Justice Alexandre de Moraes ruled Bolsonaro had to appear before federal police within 10 days to answer to questions over accusations he incited the rioters, who called for the ouster of President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, who defeated Bolsonaro in last year’s elections.
