A body has been found during the search for the missing 28-year-old.It is understood that he was last seen in Eyre Square in Co. Galway.Dean's body was located in Dangan, Co. Galway."Following the recovery of a body in Dangan, Co. Galway on Sunday, 13th February 2022, the missing person appeal in respect of Dean McCann, 28 years, has been stood down."An Garda Síochána would like to thank the media and public for their assistance in this matter.
She wrote,"How could he be in such a busy location of Eyre Square and no one see anything. He could still be in Galway, but we need every single county on the lookout. She added,"You are all amazing and we feel you waiting and praying with us. Everyone wants Dean home safe."When he lived abroad he called my mam every single day, she has never gone a day without hearing her first baby’s voice," she shared.
