Bloor Street East ranked number four on the CAA’s Worst Roads list comparing the regions.
“Bloor Street East, in particular around Simcoe Street, is purely [on the list] around road maintenance,” said CAA Spokesperson Teresa Di Felice. “Potholes, poor road surface… that popped up in our regional list… and people are wanting their local government to know this is a pinpoint for them.” The CAA says typically muncipal governments look at the roads that appear on the list and decide if they’re fit for roadwork.The city has started road work on Barton.3.
