Brad Beetson, who grew up in the Queensland town of Redcliffe and went to school there, watched his father play for the Dolphins and worked at the hotel he ran in the early 1980s.“There wouldn’t be many left on the field,” he grinned, in reference to his father’s famously physical approach.
