US President Joe Biden has made a rare and extraordinary public statement about the United States’ rumoured involvement with an insurrection in Russia.

Mr Biden told Americans, the US had nothing to do with Russia’s internal conflict and said his public address was to give Russian President Vladimir Putin “no excuse to blame it on the West”.

Many Russian analysts have claimed to know the internal secrets of the Russia-Ukraine conflict while a vocal group of Republicans inside the House of Representatives continue to criticise US funding. Several of those Republicans were very quick to accuse the Biden administration of assisting Russia’s rebellion.
