Bekas suami Loh didenda RM20,000 kerana hina mahkamah

Pada 20 September, Mahkamah Tinggi membenarkan permohonan ex-parte bagi kebenaran Loh Siew Hong memulakan prosiding komital terhadap bekas suaminya. – Gambar Facebook, 5 April, 2023.

MAHKAMAH Tinggi Kuala Lumpur mengenakan denda RM20,000 kepada mualaf Muhammad Nagahswaran Muniandy, bekas suami Loh Siew Hong, atau penjara dua minggu jika ingkar kerana menghina mahkamah. Hakim Evrol Mariette Peters membuat keputusan itu selepas mendapati Nagahswaran campur tangan dalam urusan pentadbiran keadilan.
