Bekas kontraktor didakwa palsu invois, pesanan penghantaran bernilai lebih RM3 juta
SEORANG bekas kontraktor didakwa di Mahkamah Sesyen Kuala Lumpur hari ini terhadap tujuh pertuduhan memalsukan invois dan pesanan penghantaran berhubung mesin pemerah susu dan pembekalan lembu bernilai lebih RM3 juta lapan tahun lepas.
Bagi dua pertuduhan pertama dia didakwa mengemukakan dua pesanan penghantaran yang mengandungi pernyataan palsu kepada Penolong Pegawai Veterinar membabitkan pesanan bekas pemerah susu mudah alih dan mesin penyejuk susu lembu berjumlah RM1.55 juta yang sebenarnya tidak pernah dibekalkan. Bagi pertuduhan ketujuh tertuduh didakwa mengemukakan pesanan penghantaran mengandungi pernyataan palsu juga di tempat sama antara 15 September 2015 dan 17 Disember 2015 berhubung pembekalan tempat memerah susu bernilai RM350,000 yang mana sebenarnya tidak pernah dibekalkan.
Timbalan Pendakwa Raya SPRM Irwan Shah Abdul Samat mencadangkan jaminan RM500,000 dengan seorang penjamin berserta syarat tambahan tertuduh perlu melaporkan diri di pejabat SPRM sebulan sekali sehingga kes selesai.
