Candidate Laura Farr said residents were concerned about the fact that the Urban Core CTS site will be moving to Cannon Street in Ward 3 in 2023 due to a perceived lack of communication on the city’s part. Fellow candidate Stan Kruchka said he supports CTS sites but thinks more needs to be done to prevent them from being necessary at all through rehabilitation programs and other addiction supports.
