B.C.'s Spiritbox wins Best International Live Artist at Heavy Music Awards

The group scored another big win in an already wildly successful year

Victoria metal band Spiritbox has clinched the Best International Live Artist award at the 2024 Heavy Music Awards, hot on the heels of an earlier Grammy Awards nomination for Best Metal Performance.

The band won out against longstanding giants Slipknot and Limp Bizkit. Others nominated in the category were Landmvrks, Ice Nine Kills, Electric Callboy and Bad Omens. The band amassed 66 million streams before they dropped their debut album. Then, their first LP, Eternal Blue, released in late 2023, received critical acclaim and hit #1 on the U.S. and Canadian Rock and Hard Rock charts, with hits like Circle With Me and Holy Roller.
