Azlan Man didakwa buat tuntutan palsu RM1.18 juta

Berdepan lima pertuduhan mengemukakan dokumen palsu bagi menuntut kemudahan cuti seberang laut.

KANGAR: Bekas Menteri Besar Perlis, Datuk Seri Azlan Man didakwa di Mahkamah Sesyen di sini hari ini atas lima pertuduhan mengemukakan dokumen palsu bagi menuntut kemudahan cuti seberang laut berjumlah lebih RM1.18 juta.

Beliau bagaimanapun mengaku tidak bersalah selepas semua pertuduhan dibacakan jurubahasa di hadapan Hakim Norsalha Hamzah. Mengikut pertuduhan, Azlan, 65, selaku Menteri Besar Perlis didakwa telah mengemukakan penyataan palsu membabitkan butiran matan dengan niat bagi mengelirukan kos tiket penerbangan, hotel penginapan dan pengangkutan ke London. – UTUSAN
