Sydney-based infrastructure investor Palisade Investment Partners and Aware Super have bought 49 per cent of the 528 megawatts Stockyard Hill Wind Farm from Goldwind.
Stockyard Hill is Australia’s largest operating wind farm and with power purchase contracts with retailers Origin Energy and Covau Energy. Hong Kong-listed Goldwind put it on the auction block via Lazard Australia’s bankers.
The agreed deal would see Palisade’s Diversified Infrastructure Fund co-invest with Aware Super via a special purpose vehicle.co-edits Street Talk, specialising in private equity, investment banking, M&A and equity capital markets.
