AutoCanada Inc., has purchased Premier Chevrolet-Cadillac-Buick-GMC in Windsor, Ont., adding a third dealership to its portfolio in the southwestern Ontario city.
The Edmonton-based dealership group, which now owns 83 new-vehicle stores in Canada, announced the acquisition April 18. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, though AutoCanada said the Windsor dealership and its adjoining collision centre earn more than $70 million in revenue annually.
“This acquisition not only adds a dealership with significant growth potential to our portfolio, but also brings a certified collision centre into the AutoCanada Collision platform," Antony said in a release.
