Australians are refinancing at the highest rate the country’s ever seen – an estimated 2,400 people refinancing every day – and have been doing so for the past six months, says Australian Banking Association CEO Anna Bligh.

“it’s a very competitive environment out there at the moment,” Ms Bligh told Sky News Australia.
