"They broadcast several times that there was a suspected man overboard situation and that the crews were following their procedures. "We even witnessed staff when, we were in Tahiti [earlier], practising retrievals in the water," she said. A Royal Caribbean Cruise Line spokesperson confirmed the Quantum of the Seas departed Brisbane on April 12 and is scheduled to arrive in Honolulu on April 28.
