Photos shared on social media by Nine News journalist Heidi Murphy showed large queues outside Vodafone and Telstra stores amid the Optus blackout."Both my wife and I are with Optus, so it’s made the morning quite difficult getting to work and trying to organise our day," one man said outside an Optus store in Sydney.
"Consumers will be making judgments about the quality of service that they receive in a competitive market," she told reporters while speaking at a media conference on Wednesday.
