Fifth-year guard and first-team all-star Osman Omar finished his AUS career leading the Capers with 20 points and six rebounds while going a perfect eight-for-eight from the foul line. Tyson Cato added 10 points and five rebounds. The top-seed St. FX X-Men moved on to Sunday’s championship final against the University of Prince Edward Island Panthers. Game time was scheduled for 4 p.m.
The women Capers were already ousted on Friday, having lost to the Panthers 71-67 in overtime.
