Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB) announced a record-high dividend distribution of 5.75 sen per unit for its flagship fund, Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB), for the financial year ending 31 December 2024. The payout, comprising 5.5 sen per unit in income distribution and 0.25 sen per unit as a bonus, marks a significant increase from the 5.25 sen per unit distributed in 2023, bringing the total dividends paid to ASB unit holders since its inception to RM196.5 billion.
PETALING JAYA: Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad mengumumkan pengagihan pendapatan yang tertinggi dalam lima tahun iaitu sebanyak 5.75 sen seunit untuk dana utamanya, Amanah Saham Bumiputera bagi tahun kewangan berakhir 31 Disember 2024.
“Jumlah keseluruhan pengagihan pendapatan bagi 2024 adalah sebanyak RM10.1 bilion yang akan memanfaatkan 11.1 juta pemegang unit ASB. Pengerusi Kumpulan PNB, Tan Sri Raja Arshad Raja Tun Uda berkata, pihaknya berbesar hati kerana ASB mampu memberikan agihan dividennya yang paling kukuh sepanjang tempoh lima tahun.
Beliau berkata, ini disokong oleh permintaan domestik yang teguh, kadar faedah yang stabil dan peningkatan pelaburan asing disebabkan tindak balas kukuh pelabur terhadap inisiatif Madani kerajaan. Keluaran Dalam Negara Kasar Malaysia berkembang sebanyak 5.3 peratus pada suku ketiga 2024, berbanding 3.3 peratus pada suku ketiga 2023, dengan sektor utama seperti perkhidmatan, pembuatan dan pembinaan menyumbang dengan ketara dan pengukuhan ringgit yang meningkat 14.9 peratus dari awal tahun sehingga November 2024 .
