The DKI Jakarta state civil apparatus implemented a work from home policy starting Monday (21/8/2023). This policy is the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's response to Jakarta's poor air quality.

On Monday , the Secretary of the Regional Employment Agency of DKI Jakarta, Etty Agustijani, explained that in accordance with the Circular Letter of the Provincial Secretariat of DKI Jakarta No. 34 of 2023, the work from home policy will be in effect from Monday until Friday . The provisions related to WFH, further explained in the SE. Each ASN is requested to comply with the rules, including attendance, wearing official clothing while working from home, and not being allowed to do other work while WFH.Civil servants work at the Regional Personnel Agency, located in the Jakarta City Hall complex, on Monday . The Jakarta Provincial Government has implemented a work from home policy for 50% of civil servants. This policy takes effect from August 21 to October 21, 2023.
