CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — The annual Art in The Open outdoor festival is returning to Charlottetown on Saturday, Aug. 26.The costumed March of the Crows travels from 7:45 p.m. to about 8:15 p.m., starting from Victoria Row along Pownal Street, through Rochford Square, onto Kent Street and the Victoria Park Roadway. A rolling street closure will be in effect during this time.
Drivers are asked to take extra caution as a larger volume of pedestrians is expected around and between the festival sites, including the Confederation Centre of the Arts, Victoria Row, Rochford Square and Victoria Park.

Yahoo Finance Reporter Alexis Keenan explains the case where computer scientist Stephen Thaler was denied a copyright application he filed for a piece of AI-generated art created by his own software.
