Apple's latest iPhone series shipped out with many issues, including a software bug that bricked some people's phones and even
that bricked some people’s phones and even reports that the titanium frame on the iPhone 15 Pro made it. The latest complaint from the public regarding the new lineup is that the phones have a tendency to overheat, a problem the tech giant has acknowledged and is planning to fix.
The company stated that it has identified the issues that could cause the new iPhone 15 series to “run warmer than expected”. Part of the explanation includes that the phones could get warmer in the first few days after setting it up or restoring it due to increased background activity, as well as a bug in iOS 17.
For an overall fix, Apple will soon release an update for iOS 17 that will remedy the overheating issue, with a promise that it will not reduce the performance of the phones. Additionally, it said that the issue is not a safety or injury risk and that it will not impact the lineup’s long-term performance.
