ANZ Banking Group has made new appointments to its executive board but is yet to appoint anyone to run its business bank, after splitting its retail and commercial business in March this year., Shayne Elliott’s successor in the group strategy department and protege Antony Strong has been elevated to the group executive rungs in charge of strategy and transformation.
