Anwar: No request from police to undergo polygraph test

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 8 — Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today said there has been no request from the police for him to undergo a polygraph test as part of the ongoing investigations into a sexual complaint filed against him by a former staff. “You also understand the principles of law and justice. Any allegation, if there is no basis, you cannot get the person to be on the defensive,” he said.
