Ant McPartlin made a brutal statement when it was announced his marriage to ex-wife Lisa Armstrong was ending. The couple had been together 11 years since first meeting in the 90s.
Ant's team put out a statement at the time which read: "Ant is very sad to announce that, after 11 years, he is ending his marriage to Lisa." The I'm a Celebrity host had been one half of the pop duo PJ & Duncan when he met Lisa at a Smash Hits concert in the 1990s. Lisa, now 47, and Ant lived in a stunning £6million home in West London with their beloved Labrador Hurley. They struggled to conceive, with Ant telling the Radio Times in 2013: "Lisa and I would love to have kids. We’re trying. It’s tougher than you think when you get a bit older."
