KUALA LUMPUR: The Road Transport Department (JPJ) is mulling going undercover to detect individuals who rent their vehicles to foreigners without a driving licence.

PETALING JAYA: Retired squash ace Datuk Nicol David added another feather to her cap when she was appointed the Pro Chancellor of Heriot-Watt University of Malaysia today. The eight-time former world champion described the appointment as a big honour for herself and the sporting community. "This is truly an honour and privilege to be given this appointment as Pro Chancellor of Heriot-Watt University of Malaysia. To be recognized by the university on my accomplishments and seeing that I can share my experiences to inspire our youth really means a lot to me and I will do my very best to take on this role.
