Ever since, Ms Williams has been routinely quizzed at press conferences about the report amid debate in the community around the location of the safe injecting room. "There is a lot of work for us to do to make sure that we get this right, and that is our primary concern, particularly when we're dealing with matters that are ultimately for many in our community matters of life and death."
