Andrea Skinner has submitted her resignation as the interim chair of Hockey Canada\u0027s board of directors.
As of Sunday morning, Scott Smith remained Hockey Canada’s president and CEO.
“Our board does not share the view that Hockey Canada should be making more leadership changes at this time,” Skinner testified on Tuesday before a House of Commons standing committee, the third public grilling of defiant Hockey Canada leaders since June. “As a board we continue to support the CEO and management. We believe it’s in the best interests of Hockey Canada and for all its participants that the organization’s leadership remain stable.
