Anak saudara, bekas pekerja Sivarasa bebas tuduhan rasuah
MAHKAMAH Sesyen Kuala Lumpur hari ini melepas dan membebaskan anak saudara kepada bekas ahli Parlimen Sungai Buloh R. Sivarasa dan bekas pekerjanya daripada tiga pertuduhan rasuah kerana tidak melaporkan kemasukan pekerja asing kepada pihak imigresen, enam tahun lepas.
Hakim Azura Alwi membuat keputusan itu selepas Timbalan Pendakwa Raya Noralis Mat memaklumkan kepada mahkamah bahawa representasi untuk menggugurkan pertuduhan yang dihantar oleh R. Naveen Kularasa, 51, dan bekas pekerja Sivarasa, Nico Kam Joo Hoe, 25, telah diterima oleh Jabatan Peguam Negara . Bermula July 2018, akses bagi laporan penuh hanya untuk anda yang melanggan.
