The northeast monsoon, or 'amihan', will continue to bring colder nights and mornings over Metro Manila and Central and Northern Luzon, according to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). The country is expected to remain storm-free for the next few days, with partly cloudy to overcast skies in Luzon. Meanwhile, a shear line is causing scattered rains and thunderstorms in the Visayas, Bicol Region, Mimaropa, and Quezon. The intertropical convergence zone is affecting Caraga and Davao Region, bringing similar weather patterns.
