Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.
Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. The wind speed forecast for Luzon and the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao is moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to north direction while coastal waters remain slight to moderate.
