Ecology Action Centre calls for immediate implementation of Coastal Protection Act | SaltWireSPRINGHILL, N.S. — One man was airlifted to a Halifax hospital and another was charged with an attempt to commit murder following an incident in Springhill on Tuesday night.

Cumberland Country District RCMP said officers responded to a report of a stabbing at a home on McFarlane Street just after 9 p.m. and found a 52-year-old man had been stabbed by someone he knew.Taylor, who is also charged with mischief, is appearing in Amherst provincial court Wednesday.
