In a bulletin issued past 8 pm on Saturday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration said Ambo is already 120 kilometers north of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, or 90 kilometers west of Calayan, Cagayan.
