An amateur rapper in South Australia has been accused of inciting dangerous driving in the name of music.

The local council said no applications were made to close the road and when 9News approached TKO, he changed his tone. He posted to social media that he asked "people" not "professionals" to "bring bikes and cars" and what they do is "their decision"."Notwithstanding it's on a closed road, it's reckless behaviour that can cause harm to people and we don't encourage that activity," SA Police Commissioner Grant Stevens said.CCTV showed the group had also performed stunts on Dunn Street on Sunday, July 14.
